Biography
Jordan Mason is a health care ethicist and theologian holding a joint appointment in the Thomas J. Frist College of Medicine and the School of Theology and Christian Ministry. She completed her doctoral studies in Health Care Ethics and Theology at St. Louis University and holds a Master of Divinity from McAfee School of Theology in Atlanta. Her academic areas of interest include theological bioethics, liturgical theology, and the philosophy of technology. Her latest work has focused on the development of liturgical techniques for practical ethics. Jordan is also a certified clinical ethicist with special interests in organ transplantation, pediatric ethics, and the use of artificial intelligence. She is a proud Belmont alumna and spends her free time in the garden or on running trails.
