Bernice Clay

Biography

Bernice Clay serves as the Operations Consultant at Belmont Innovation Labs, leveraging over 15 years of experience in a variety of operational roles. A California native, she has collaborated with entrepreneurs and senior executive leadership across the globe to streamline their everyday operations and has worked with groups across all sectors including non-profits, business coaches and leadership consultants, social entrepreneurs, and private equity firms. Her recent endeavors include running a virtual investment readiness program for social entrepreneurs throughout the Southeast Asia region while based in Singapore. After 12 years overseas, Bernice is now based in Columbia, South Carolina with her husband and three children.
