Christy Davis

Biography

Christy has worked for 30 years in the public, private and social innovation space across Asia, and now serves as the Director of Transformational Business Network (TBN) Alliance for Belmont University. She leads this strategic partnership between Belmont and TBN to champion purpose-driven entrepreneurs, build impactful businesses and unlock investments in emerging and frontier markets in order to tackle issues of poverty through enterprise in SE Asia and build capacity of social entrepreneurs. Christy has long been passionate about social innovation and exploring unconventional ideas and collaborations to allow people and communities to flourish. Her prior position was Director of her consultancy, Back Porch Partners, which explores all of these, working with diverse organizations and individuals to facilitate impact. She is a graduate from the Singapore Management University’s Master of Tri-Sector Collaboration in 2015, and also holds an Executive MBA from Sasin Graduate School of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok.
