Biography
Nadine Perrero’s journey in the creative and entertainment industries began in Malaysia at the age of four, with Bharatanatyam (Classical Indian Dance) and piano training. At 16, she moved to Germany, where she studied voice and piano under international music industry professionals. After three years immersed in German culture, Nadine moved to the U.S. and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Monmouth College, Illinois. Nadine later went on to pursue a Master’s in Performing Arts Management with the Business and Entrepreneurship program at Columbia, Chicago.
Her career has spanned nonprofit work, artist management, live event production, and international showcase performances. Apart from her artistry, she is also fluent in Mandarin, German, Malay, and English.
Guided by her deep commitment to the arts, cultural exchange, and empowering the next generation of global creatives, Nadine now teaches in the Media & Entertainment Industries department, serving as the coordinator the ETM 1500 Media, Entertainment & Society courses while pursuing her PhD on cultural and creative policies in the Malaysian music industry.
