The Flourish Mobile Health Clinic increases access to care by delivering interdisciplinary harm reduction and medical services directly to communities through mobile clinics, while connecting patients to mental health and addiction services. The program also expands hands-on education for students and clinicians, helping reduce stigma and improve quality of care.
Who Benefits
Individuals facing barriers to health care — including those affected by substance use, housing insecurity and economic hardship — receive services that are often difficult to access through traditional systems.
Our Approach
We combine mobile access, interdisciplinary collaboration and trauma-informed care to meet people where they are. Every interaction prioritizes dignity, safety and trust.
Education and Workforce Development
The clinic serves as a living classroom where students and clinicians gain real-world experience delivering compassionate, stigma-free care.
