Checklist for Admitted Graduate Students

Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

Pay your non-refundable enrollment deposit after acceptance, applied to your first semester’s tuition. Check with your graduate program for the specific enrollment deposit amount and deadline.

Create Your Belmont Email Address

You will need to create your Belmont email account one-two days after submitting your enrollment deposit. You will use this email address to create your MyBelmont account.

Create Your MyBelmont Account

You will need to create your My Belmont account, which is where you'll conduct your course registration. To create your MyBelmont account, you will need your BUID number which can be found in your acceptance letter. 

Submit Required Health Forms & Immunizations

All Belmont University, students are required to comply with University health and immunization requirements that can be found on the Belmont Health Services page. Students may upload required documents through the Belmont Health Portal.

Note: Students in the Inman College of Nursing and the College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences may have additional immunization requirements that will be submitted through a separate process. Students can expect to receive more guidance on these requirements in the spring and should consult their graduate program for more information.

Graduate Health Insurance

Belmont requires graduate students to demonstrate proof of health insurance as part of the enrollment process. For students who do not have insurance, they are required to purchase a plan provided by Belmont's partner at United Healthcare (UHC). All graduate students must either opt in or waive the insurance policy here. For more information contact Roslian.Humphrey@belmont.edu.
