Need maintenance, custodial or landscape support? Use our online work order system to request service and track progress.

Submit a Work Order

• Submit non-emergency requests through the iService portal
• If your room includes an emotional support animal, note it in the request

• Many departments have designated FMScontacts
• If unsure, email FMS@belmont.edu

  What to Include  

  • Building name and specific location  
  • Detailed description of the issue or request  
  • Your contact information  
  • Priority level  
  • Photos (optional, but helpful)

Response Times  

• Emergency requests:  Immediate response  
• Urgent requests:  Same business day  
• Routine requests:  Typically within 2–3 business days    

Once submitted, you may  track the status  of your request through MyBelmont.

What Counts as an Emergency 

• Water leaks or flooding 
• Electrical hazards 
• Structural damage 
• Building access or lock issues affecting safety 
• HVAC failures during extreme temperatures 
• Any situation posing immediate risk to people or property  

For non-emergency issues outside business hours, please submit a work order and it will be addressed as soon as possible.
