Welcome to the Office of the Registrar! 

The Registrar's Office provides support functions for students, faculty and staff at Belmont University. Services include assisting students with registration, graduation audit (DARS), transfer evaluation, transcript request, enrollment and degree verifications, and veteran educational benefits.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of Freeman Hall next to Belmont Central. Staff members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Detailed information regarding services offered through the Registrar's office may be accessed from the various links on this page.

Spring 2009 Priority Registration

All student account holds must be released in order to register for spring courses.  Academic advising is November 5-14, 2008. Please make an appointment to meet with your assigned academic advisor to review your spring class schedule.  Print and review your DARS report in preparation for your advising session.  Plan to discuss your course schedule and degree requirements with your advisor. 

Priority registration is available for returning students enrolled during the fall 2008 semester.  Students are required to make all schedule adjustments during this period.  Priority registration closes Friday, December 12, 2008 at 11:00 p.m.  

Spring 2009 registration will open for all students at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at 7:00 a.m.  No refund of tuition and fees for individually withdrawn courses once the drop and add period ends on January 20, 2009 at 11:00 p.m.  The tuition refund policy only applies when students withdraw from the university. 

Fall Grades Announcement

The Registrar's Office "rolls" final grades to students' academic record three times: Wednesday (December 16, 2008) for graduating seniors; Friday (Decembe 19, 2008) late afternoon for all other grades; and remaining outstanding grades on Monday (December 22, 2008).

On Monday afternoon the final GPA and academic standing for the fall term are calculated and posted to students' academic record.
